Hey everyone! Welcome to Banquet! This is my new comic project (new being relative, I started thinking about this idea in 2014 -__-). I'm going to do my best to keep this updating once a week on Mondays. It may be a little slow at times since Bird Boy is still my main project, but I've been thinking about this one for so long and I just need to kick myself in the butt and start it! Or else it's just going to live in my brain forever like a horrible wraith, occasionally nudging me into waves of guilt for not working on it.
It's a pretty personal project. In that...I'm writing it because it's the kind of story I wanna read. I have no idea if anyone else is going to like it or not. I have no idea what kind of demographic wants to read it. I don't know what I'm doing and I've been lying this entire time about knowing how to make comics and I definitely don't know how to write and by the way I have no idea how to draw!!!
So basically I'm just playing in the sandbox over here and you are all welcome to watch, but I wanna keep your expectations super low haha!
If you have any questions please feel free to leave em in the comments. The site's still probably not 100% either so let me know if anything is acting weird and I will desperately try to fix it! And yes, next update you will actually get a drawing and not just a couple panels of lame text. No pictures?! What a terrible comic!

Nop, my expectations are still high, you can’t simply ignore all those awesome pages you did on Bird Boy, so yes, this comic is going to be awesome and I’m looking forward to.

The comments are a bit hard to read with the color. But, the lore so far seems intriguing enough to keep me in suspense. Some of the buttons in the house link don’t work.
But.
I look forward to seeing where this goes!

This looks really interesting so far, and I feel like people can definitely feel like this is a great story, depending on your storytelling skills in Bird Boy! Just try to be able to try your best if you’re passionate about what you’re doing, and the panels really make it seem like this is something I’d want to read. Zero pressure though! And the site’s looking good, I don’t see any mistakes or bugs.

Right now I’m in the “Bird Boy is pretty awesome; so this can’t be too bad either, amirite?” demographic. Can’t wait to see what’s in store for the future!

Saw this comic and the artist a con years ago, loved the look, completely forgot about it, found it on Webtoons, went OH RIGHT THAT LOOKED/LOOKS BADASS, and am finally reading it. Woot! Looks super cool.
